1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you complete your purchase and enroll in any course, absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, or money-back guarantees will be provided under any circumstances.
Once you purchase the course, you will not receive any refund.
By proceeding with your enrollment payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to request a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal.

Our programs contain proprietary intellectual property and immediate digital assets:

Upon successful checkout, students receive immediate, unrestricted digital access to proprietary AI prompt architectures, viral script templates, high-RPM niche matrices, and private community mastermind groups.
Because digital products, educational video files, and intellectual blueprints cannot be returned or unlearned once delivered, we operate a strict zero-refund policy.

In the rare event of a technical issue or duplicate transaction:

If you were mistakenly charged twice for the exact same course due to a payment gateway glitch, please email us within 48 hours of purchase.
Provide both transaction receipts and payment IDs to contact@facelesswithpawan.com.
Upon verification, the duplicate charge will be refunded back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

We take payment fraud and frivolous disputes very seriously:

Any unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment claim initiated with your bank or credit card company without prior communication will be considered fraudulent.
Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your course access, revocation of community privileges, and blacklisting from all future programs.
