1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Faceless With Pawan, accessing our curriculum, or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • These terms apply to all students, visitors, and community members.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll or access our digital programs.

2. Program Enrollment & Single-User License

Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you are granted a single-user, personal, non-transferable license to access course materials.

  • All materials are for your own individual educational use only.
  • You may not share your login credentials, access links, or community invitations with any third party.
  • Group-buying, shared subscriptions, or unauthorized account lending is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property & Zero Piracy Policy

All course videos, AI prompts, scriptwriting frameworks, ElevenLabs voice settings, thumbnail blueprints, and worksheets are the exclusive intellectual property of Pawan and Faceless With Pawan.

  • Screen recording, downloading for unauthorized distribution, uploading to torrents, or file sharing is illegal.
  • Any student found pirating or redistributing our materials will face immediate permanent account termination without refund and legal enforcement under applicable copyright laws.

4. Realistic Disclaimers & Earnings Reality

Our curriculum teaches proven strategies to build faceless channels targeting high-RPM USA audiences ($15–$45+ RPM). However, we do not promise or guarantee guaranteed earnings or automated riches.

  • Results depend entirely on your individual execution, niche selection, upload consistency, and YouTube algorithm behavior.
  • Past student testimonials and earnings screenshots reflect individual achievements and are not guarantees of future performance.
  • You are investing in structured education and mentorship, not a speculative get-rich-quick program.

5. Third-Party Software & Tools

Our workflows utilize external tools and services including YouTube, ElevenLabs, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and CapCut.

  • Students are responsible for maintaining their own third-party software accounts.
  • Faceless With Pawan is not responsible for policy changes, price updates, or downtime on third-party platforms.
  • All content created must adhere to YouTube Community Guidelines and Fair Use copyright standards.

6. Fees & Payment Processing

Course fees are clearly stated at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD).

  • All payments are securely handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe).
  • We do not store or access your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
  • Promotional coupon discounts are valid only during active promotional periods.

7. Student Code of Conduct

Students in our private mentorship channels must treat peers and mentors with professional courtesy.

  • No self-promotional spam, DM solicitations, or affiliate link drops inside community groups.
  • Abusive behavior, harassment, or derogatory language results in immediate removal from all groups without refund.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
